Impala of the Month, presented by A Runner's Mind
"Impala of the Month" is a new award, evolved from the "Run Your Socks Off" award which began in 2002. These awards recognize one member for outstanding team contribution. This recognition can represent any category: performance, volunteer, support, or just generally going the extra mile to contribute to the team. We want to acknowledge outstanding individual contribution to our team culture. Team members submit nominations based on highlights from the previous month, and the winner is recognized on the team and receives a gift certificate to A Runner's Mind.
